NYX Indigo Blue

Okay, so not the best picture of NYX Indigo Blue. I meant to post a picture of it yesterday only to have it rain, and then when I got the light box all set up only to find that I needed batteries for the camera and I didn’t have any. So this is Indigo Blue after about 36 hours of wear. You can see the tip wear, although it’s a bit worse than it otherwise would be because I got a little tip shrinkage from Seche Vite.

Anyway, this reminds me of American Apparel Peacock. The colors aren’t identical, but they are very similar. The finish is also different: Indigo Blue is jelly-ish, and Peacock is a creme. This is two coats, which were definitely needed. It’s a very watery polish (as most jelly’s are) and I had to apply it very carefully to avoid bald spots. It also took a really long time to dry even with Seche Vite on top.
